The Jump+ Warehouse team is growing and in need of qualified people who are capable of shipping, receiving, heavy lifting, organizing, administrating and assisting in the warehouse, as well as communicating with our growing network of stores on a regular basis. Responsibilities and Objectives Follow Jump+ policies and procedures Fill out shipping way bills (manually/electronically) for various carriers Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately Record and track Shipments Determine the best way to ship products while controlling costs Maintain and replenish shipping materials Prepare shipping documents as necessary (i.e. packing slips) Perform physical count and quality checks on products received or shipped Report and resolve inventory discrepancies and Verify stock levels through weekly checks Perform complete inventory of warehouse on a quarterly basis Attain return authorizations from suppliers Organize products into designated areas following Health and Safety guidelines Keep warehouse organized, tidy and clean Weekly replenishment of stores Restocking of store in HQ, merchandise third party products Merchandising checks for signage Administrative support to retail floor Maintain efficient flow of shipments Maintain office supplies levels & prepare monthly replenish orders Adherence to merchandising guidelines (cables, demo content, signage) in HQ RMAs, exchanges/Clover sent back in a timely manner Open Box Product awareness is maintained in stockroom and on whiteboard Personal Competences & Attributes Reliable and efficient Ability to lift heavy loads Fast learner Computer savvy to manage POS system Ability to carry out direction Attentive to detail High level of integrity and ethics, values and trust Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Store discount Vision care
